Yahoo Answers Are you in UK? If so, you need to get a copy of The Writers' and Artists' Year Book from the library (or buy it from any bookshop). You will find it has a section on self-publishing. This will tell you how to do it relatively cheaply and warn you of the pitfalls.

There are printers who publish books relatively cheaply - it all depends on the size of your print run.

If you mean, how can you get your poetry or manuscript read or an anthology commissioned, then, again, Writers' and Artists' Year Book points you in the right direction re publishers / agents and how to approach these.

I've put a link to it below, but you need to get hold of the book itself for the relevant advice.
