You can try http://Greathostingservice.com i have an account there and is up time 99.9% another good thing is that it is just $3.49 per month! I also read that you also receive a free domain on selected packages! Do not know if they have unlimited bandwidth but is not recommendable to have a unlimited bandwidth as it will still be controlled by the size of the line and a lot of restrictions.
