You are in Luck!!!just a few short weeks ago the best website for doing just this came out from the guy that made expedia.com.
http://www.zillow.com
zillow.com is a great little website that will let you do this yourself. You will get the idea of when it may be innacurate (updates not included but hey thats easy to tell), and the comps on there are priceless for doing the homework yourself.
