If you go to Clark Howard's website, he has researched this and keeps a list of the legitimate companies. The website is www.ClarkHoward.com.I've worked for a couple of them, the general rule is, if they ask 'YOU' for money, it's not legit!
Also, stay far, far away from those companies that ask you to process money orders and checks of any kind for them where you keep a cut. You will end up with an overdrawn account at your bank and a huge bill for your trouble.
This brings up the other golden rule for work at home: If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably fraud!
