Yahoo Answers My personal favorite bands are Glay and L' Arc en Ciel. It kind of depends on what kind of music you really want - these bands are more rock style. If you want pop individual female artists try Koda Kumi or Utada Hikaru. And if you prefer harder rock or metal, try High and Mighty Color or Mucc.

I'm guessing if it was DDR you'll like the female artists I mentioned.
